Komodo 9 Chess Engine 1.6

Komodo 9 is the latest release of this prize-winning chess engine. It is an improvement over all previous Komodo versions and supports multi-core processors (32- and 64-bit) and endgame tablebases.

Komodo has received acclaim in highly respected engine tournaments such as TCEC and CCT. On desktop computers, Komodo 9 demonstrates approximately +50 Elo strength compared to Komodo 8 on one core according to independent IPON tests as well as internal testing, with the gain increasing with additional cores, reaching about 60 Elo on 4 cores based on internal assessments.

Komodo 9 is anticipated to achieve the top rating on most renowned chess engine rating lists. Previous versions of Komodo have excelled in esteemed engine tournaments like TCEC and CCT.
